Cause Pain in the Body of a sudden

Jakarta, Without realizing sometimes someone finds his body feels pain or pain with no known exact cause. There are several factors that could cause a person to suddenly feel pain or soreness in his body.

3. The existence of fibromyalgia affects more women. This is caused by abnormalities in the central nervous system is sometimes accompanied by symptoms of depression.
   
4. Conditions affecting the joints of rheumatoid arthritis can also cause sudden pain.

In most cases these symptoms will disappear within a day or two without any treatment. But if the symptoms continue to progress then several treatments may be needed to reduce pain, such as taking analgesics or do relalsasi muscle.
If you find any inflammation in the body of the sick, then compressed using hot pads or cold to help relieve swelling and pain.
Have pain or pain in the body is the most common complaint. To avoid doing simple steps such as improving posture in performing daily routines such as walking, sitting or sleeping will help reduce discomfort in the body and allows the muscles to rest.
