Pets that Make Slim

Jakarta, claimed Got pets make people more attentive and do not like violence. But there is one pet that makes slim people because it forces employers have many roads.
Pets that have to make an active master is a dog. Dogs not only can be a loyal friend, but also can make people healthier.
Studies show that people who have pet dogs become more active. With a lot of moving people can keep his body still slim.
The new study led by researchers at Michigan State University showed that people who keep dogs and often took her walking or jogging, 34 percent have met the health standard for physical activity.
"Having a dog and often took a walk can help many people. They become more active and healthier," said Mathew Reeves, an epidemiologist at Michigan State University, as reported by Health24, Thursday (03/17/2011).
According to Reeves, walking is the easiest form of physical activity and can be done by most people.
"Bring the dog out is another reason to make the owners more actively engaged. Refer a dog for a walk is another form of physical activity," explains Reeves.
By using data from Michigan Behavioural Risk Factor Survey, which is an annual health survey conducted by the Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Michigan Department of Community Health, Reeves and his team found that people who have dogs and often took a walk would be more Active as a whole.
Research shows people who walk with her dog is generally run about an hour more per week.
"These findings could be a public health campaign to promote responsible dog ownership along with the promotion of dog walking as a legitimate opportunity to increase physical activity," said Reeves.
This study has been published in the Journal of Physical Activity and Health.
