NIT-ZMP-humanoid-1Nippon Institute of Technology, in collaboration with Harada Design, ZMP and ZNUG Design is now developing another robot, the robot is capable of replacing human functions. Humanoid robot is named E-NUVO. E-NUVO can students interact with elementary or junior high

The robot is designed to have high 126 cm according to the size of elementary school pupils and junior high school. The students can interact directly and take care of this robot.

E-NUVO designed to resemble humans, have two legs and hands and heads with a total weight of 15 kg. Robot energy source comes from the Lithium Ion battery.

To be able to interact, a robot equipped with cameras, accelerometers, gyro sensors, obstacle detection sensors, distance sensors, and piezoelectric sensors. This robot was developed using Microsoft Robotics Developer Studio.
